Los Lufkins!

so, in the last couple of weeks, i've managed to break the blender, britta filter and rice cooker. then yesterday, while kneading bread, the kitchen aid decided it was tired of the task and attempted suicide by throwing itself off the counter. luckily, its still working - sorta. needless to say, no appliance in our kitchen is safe!

in other news, we had a wonderful Christmas and holiday. i'm working out my new work schedule, john is getting settled into his new classes, and van is taking more steps each day. happy new year!

oh, and here is our favorite from the past few weeks.
(christmas eve, out caroling with the fam)
